Perfect for those who aim to:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship agreements with sports clubs, leagues, esports teams, and content creators/influencers aligned with brand strategy;

• Develop and execute sponsorship activation plans that maximize brand visibility and ROI across both traditional sports and digital/esports channels;

• Manage sponsorship budgets, ensuring spend aligns with marketing objectives and delivers measurable results. Build and maintain relationships with sponsored entities, agencies, and other stakeholders;

• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to ensure sponsorship contracts meet gaming/betting regulatory requirements;

• Track and report on sponsorship performance metrics (reach, engagement, brand lift, conversion);

• Stay current on sports, esports, and influencer marketing trends to identify new opportunities and build relationship management;

• Strong existing network of partners across LatAm is a must. Represent the company at sponsored events, matches, and activations as needed.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship management, brand partnerships, or marketing, ideally within sports, esports, entertainment, or gaming/betting industries;

• Proven track record of experience in the iGaming industry; 

• Proven track record negotiating and managing sponsorship contracts and budget;

• Experience with both sports properties (clubs/leagues) and esports or influencer marketing;

• Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the betting/gaming industry is a must;

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;

• Solid Excel/PowerPoint skills;

• Experience with sponsorship management tools;

• Advanced English proficiency for international partner relations;

• Advanced Spanish proficiency.
