Podcast guest

I hired more than 120 people for my own agency, and now I headhunt across Europe. Your listeners get what I learned doing both.

I am a headhunter, a former agency founder and an MBA professor. On your show I talk about what I have done myself, I leave listeners with things they can use, and I share the episode with my LinkedIn audience.

For your audience

What your listeners take away

I prepare for your audience, not for mine. 3 things you can count on.

First-hand numbers

Everything I say comes from a company I built or a search I ran. When I give a number, it is mine.

Something to use tomorrow

Years of MBA classrooms taught me to give a conversation a clear arc and to leave people with steps they can act on the next morning.

Both sides of the hiring table

I have been the founder who had to hire, and I am the headhunter who vets the candidates. I can explain what each side does not see.

Episode ideas

4 conversations, matched to your show

Each comes from work I did myself. Pick 1, mix 2, or tell me what your listeners struggle with and I will prepare for that.

Founder and remote work shows

Hiring across Europe without the guesswork

Europe is not 1 talent market. Pay, notice periods and expectations change at every border. I headhunt across the continent, including people who are not looking for a job.

Your listeners leave with

  • How pay for the same senior role differs between European markets
  • How to vet for skill, English fluency, communication and fit
  • How to approach people who are not looking

HR and recruiting shows

Recruiting in public

Most companies use LinkedIn as a job board. I write there every day about hiring. We can talk about what daily content does for recruiting, and what it cannot do.

Your listeners leave with

  • What to post when you want candidates and not just likes
  • How founders and recruiters can share the work
  • What to measure, and what to ignore

Marketing and agency shows

The agency with no office

For 6 years I ran a content agency that grew to 32 people across Europe, with no office. I can walk your listeners through the systems that kept quality steady, the hires that worked and the ones that did not.

Your listeners leave with

  • The screening steps that predicted a good remote hire, and the ones that did not
  • Where remote hires go wrong in the first 90 days
  • How to build workflows so quality does not depend on 1 person

Career and job search shows

What makes me hire 1 candidate and reject 200 others

I read profiles every day as a headhunter, and most are a list of jobs and tools. This is the talk I gave at Nomad Summit in Tallinn in 2026, turned into a conversation.

Your listeners leave with

  • What a headhunter looks for first in a profile
  • How to turn a list of jobs into a position backed by proof
  • A LinkedIn routine that builds a reputation before you need one
