What makes Euro Remote Talent different from other hiring platforms?
We're not a job board or a marketplace. We're a done-for-you hiring partner. We run the entire process end-to-end, from role definition to active headhunting, screening, skills testing, shortlisting, and onboarding support. You choose from a curated shortlist of people genuinely ready to excel on your team. Flat fee, 12-month guarantee, and a process built on 1,500+ placements.
What do you mean by AI-native candidates?
AI-native means our candidates default to AI-augmented workflows in their core work, not as an extra skill they bolt on. For engineers, that's coding in Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code from day one. For marketing managers, it means prompting Claude or ChatGPT for first-draft strategy, customer research, and copy. For designers, it's using Figma AI features and Midjourney as part of normal iteration. For executive assistants, it's automating scheduling, research, and email triage through GPT. AI-native is not a separate skill we layer on. It's how today's strongest European hires already work.
Why Europe specifically? Why not Latin America or Asia?
European professionals share 4 to 6 hours of timezone overlap with US teams, have strong English skills, and come from rigorous education systems. They integrate as real team members, not outsourced help. The cost savings (typically 40 to 60%) are comparable to other regions, but the cultural alignment and work ethic are unmatched for US companies.
What does the $6,500 flat fee cover?
Everything. Role definition, job crafting, headhunting across our European talent network, structured interviews, custom skills tests, reference checks, shortlist presentation, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding guidance. $3,250 upfront to start the search, $3,250 on successful hire. No percentage of salary, no retainer, no hidden fees.
What does the 12-month guarantee actually cover?
If your new hire doesn't work out within the first 12 months for any reason, we'll replace them for free. No additional fees, no questions asked. If we can't find you someone you're thrilled to hire during the initial search, we refund the deposit in full.
How much should I expect to pay my European hire?
It depends on the role and seniority, but as a rule of thumb, expect to pay 40-60% less than the US equivalent. A $120K US marketing manager might cost $55-70K from Europe. A senior developer at $150K US might be $70-90K. We'll give you exact salary benchmarks during our initial call.
How do I legally hire and pay a remote worker in Europe?
Most of our clients use an Employer of Record (EOR) like Remote.com, Deel, or Oyster. They handle payroll, taxes, benefits, and local compliance for a monthly fee (typically $300-600/month). We'll guide you through the options and help you pick the right setup for your situation.
What roles do you recruit for?
We specialize in mid-to-senior level roles across marketing, sales, operations, design, development, customer success, finance, and executive support. If the role can be done remotely and requires a skilled professional, we can likely help. If it’s not in our wheelhouse, we’ll tell you upfront.
How long does the process take?
Typically 3-4 weeks from kickoff to offer. Week 1: role definition and search launch. Weeks 2-3: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting. Week 4: final interviews and offer. Some roles fill faster, complex or niche searches may take a bit longer.
