Swiss UMEF, MSc in AI
AI transition
AI adoption treated as an organisational change problem, not a technology rollout. Participants classify an AI initiative, size the change it needs, and set decision rights, risk tiers and guardrails for it.
Teaching
I teach marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, change management and AI transition to MBA, DBA and executive education participants. Live online, in English, with every session applied to the participant's own organisation.
Teaching now at Riga Business School on the Professional MBA and at Swiss UMEF on the DBA and the MSc in AI. 6 schools since 2018.

What I teach
Every subject here is one I teach today or have taught on an MBA programme, and one I have worked in myself.

AI adoption treated as an organisational change problem, not a technology rollout. Participants classify an AI initiative, size the change it needs, and set decision rights, risk tiers and guardrails for it.
Swiss UMEF, MSc in AI
Readiness and resistance, the leader's role, communication and stakeholders, culture, and how to measure whether a change worked. The classic models, applied at the speed companies move today.
Riga Business School, Professional MBA
LinkedIn positioning and content, landing pages, search marketing, AI search and Google Analytics. Each participant builds a real page of their own, then optimises and measures it.
emlyon business school, MBA
How to structure the sale of a product, a service or an idea: the psychology of good copy, persuasion for international markets, and the ethics of data, social media and AI.
Swiss UMEF, DBA, and ESSCA, MBA
From an idea to a validated business: market validation, innovation and design thinking, delegation and pitching. At ESSCA my students created 14 start-up projects in 12 months.

Today I run Euro Remote Talent, a headhunting firm that finds European talent for remote companies. So far 1,500 professionals have been hired through it.
I started teaching in 2018, when ESSCA asked me to direct its MBA in Digital Marketing and Business in Shanghai. I hold a master's degree in Communication from Sciences Po Grenoble.
