Technical Support Advisor (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international healthcare company to recruit a Polish-speaking Technical Support Advisor for its customer support team in Bulgaria. The role focuses on providing technical support to customers using medical devices, troubleshooting device issues, guiding users on product functionality and coordinating repair or replacement processes when required.

Position: Technical Support Advisor

Location: Bulgaria, Remote

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support for customers using medical devices, including troubleshooting device issues

• Guide customers on product functionality

• Coordinate repair or replacement processes when needed

• Deliver customer support and accurate documentation

• Follow compliance and support procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Polish at C2 level and English at C1 level

• High School Diploma

• Customer Service skills

• Technical Support skills

• Complaint Handling skills

• Troubleshooting skills

• Call Center Experience

• Strong Communication skills

• Problem Solving skills

• Professional experience is preferred but not required.
