Post-Production Producer

We’re currently looking for a Post-Production Producer who will act as a key coordinator between the creative concept and the final content — ensuring that it aligns with our brand and messaging while taking into account the specifics of each platform.

Your impact:

• Developing and continuously improving comprehensive guidelines for photo and video post-production to ensure high quality and consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
• Effectively communicating and coordinating with external post-production contractors (retouchers, video editors, colorists); an existing network of reliable vendors is a plus.
• Creating clear and detailed technical briefs for all types of content post-production tasks.
• Managing the entire photo and video workflow — from receiving raw materials to final approval and delivery of completed files.
• Building and managing AI-generation workflows for photo and video content — either executing them yourself or briefing and coordinating external contractors who specialize in AI-generated visuals.
• Contributing to both technical and creative decision-making to improve the efficiency of post-production processes.

Requirements

• Experience managing and producing post-production processes (photo/video), with a systematic and structured approach to workflows.
• Proven experience building and operating AI-generation pipelines for photo/video/graphic content, including tool selection, testing, integration, and hands-on content generation and processing (auto-editing, upscaling, short-form adaptation).
• Experience sourcing and coordinating contractors for AI-related tasks.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information, including structuring data and coordinating processes.
• Ability to work with creative briefs, technical assignments, and project changes.
• A good sense of color and audio-visual synchronization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and take ownership of decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to quickly analyze situations and find alternative solutions.
• Good time-management skills and a strong sense of responsibility when managing processes.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have:

• Interest in the Health & Fitness industry and an active lifestyle, with experience using mobile apps, YouTube, or online fitness challenges for workouts.
  
• Basic skills in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Interest in trends and new tools for AI-generated content.
