Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-Tech)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen our recruiting team for ensuring the development and training of the recruitment team to support their efficiency and compliance with modern recruitment standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading recruiting unit and ensuring high quality of hire
• Management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team
• Effectively leading end-to-end recruitment process (pipeline, recruitment flow effectiveness etc)
• Ensure quality recruitment activities and deliverables are in line with recruitment KPIs
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the Talent acquisition area
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and analytics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong expertise across the full hiring cycle
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality talent within Non-Tech functions (Legal, Finance & Accounting, etc.)
• Strong execution focus with the ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Strong service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility for results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving recruitment processes
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

Nice to have

• Any experience in leading, managing, mentoring, or coaching recruiters, with the ability to drive team performance, support individual development, and achieve shared recruitment KPIs
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
