Job Summary 

This company is at the forefront of the longevity revolution, providing individuals with the most comprehensive biomarker testing available to optimize their health and lifespan. As a Senior SDR, you will be the engine of growth for a high-impact preventive health platform. You will engage with health-conscious individuals across Europe and Latin America, translating complex biological data into a compelling value proposition. This is a high-velocity, high-reward role designed for an ambitious sales professional who wants to play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding D2C health-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads with a target response time of 5 minutes or less during business hours.
• Conduct 50+ personalized conversations daily via phone, email, and text to qualify prospects and drive conversions.
• Own the full top-of-funnel cycle, aiming to add 100 new paying members per month.
• Drive a target Average Order Value (AOV) of $750 through consultative selling and education.
• Maximize customer lifetime value by achieving a 50% upsell rate on core service offerings.
• Expertly navigate health-related objections and provide expert-backed guidance on the value of comprehensive biomarker testing.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR or in a sales-driven role within a D2C tech environment.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Must-have).
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach and meeting/exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a self-starter "go-getter" mentality.
• Comfortable working in CET/BST timezones with a required overlap with EST (10 AM – 2 PM).
• Experience in Healthcare sectors.
