Hello. We’re Teya.

Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.

They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.

Teya exists to change that.

We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.

We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.

If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you

Your Mission

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, your mission is to help our local sales teams perform at their best through practical training, skill-building, and coaching.

You’ll turn central learning and development programs into relevant, engaging enablement for the local team, helping sellers build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in their day-to-day work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Enable learning locally

  • Organise the logistics of training and make sure sessions run smoothly.

  • Translate and localise central learning content so it is relevant for the local team.

  • Deliver and facilitate a range of learning formats, from short presentations to practical, workshop-style sessions.

  • Create new training content to address local skill-building needs, in line with central guidelines and the overall enablement strategy.

Coach and develop sales teams

  • Coach sales agents directly on sales processes, steps, and products.

  • Take part in the core routines of the sales channel to understand where teams need support.

  • Identify performance gaps, analyse their root causes, and use those insights to make training and delivery more effective.

  • Build trust with sales agents so training and coaching land effectively with the team.

Keep content and progress on track

  • Organise and maintain local content in the learning platform.

  • Track participation, assignments, assessments, and other learning metrics accurately.

  • Keep content up to date and make progress visible to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Use AI to support content creation, while reviewing all outputs to ensure they are accurate, well-structured, and relevant to the audience.

Work across the organisation

  • Collaborate with the Central L&D Specialist to build and implement content locally.

  • Work closely with sales managers and help them strengthen their own coaching routines.

  • Connect with local subject matter experts to ensure the quality and accuracy of local content.

Your Story

  • You have 2+ years of experience in sales training or coaching.

  • You are fluent in English and Croatian.

  • You have a background in sales, account management, sales management, or sales support.

  • You have experience managing stakeholders and adapting delivery formats to different learning styles.

  • You are comfortable learning and managing a Learning Management System, including organising content and maintaining accurate completion tracking.

  • You have strong attention to detail and care about the quality and consistency of content, tracking, and assessments.

  • You think critically and can move from identifying a performance gap to understanding its root cause and choosing the right intervention.

  • You are organised, data-minded, and able to keep content, metrics, and priorities on track.

  • You understand sales tools, platforms, and routines well enough to diagnose the causes of low performance and address them through enablement.

  • You are a clear communicator, a practical facilitator, and someone who can build strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.

  • Work in a friendly, comfortable, and relaxed environment.

  • Flexible working hours that align with team needs.

  • Up to 26 days of vacation.

  • Three fully paid days for unexpected health issues.

  • Monthly food allowance, plus additional benefits including health insurance.

  • Referral bonuses for recommending new team members to join the company.

  • High-quality hardware provided for a smooth working experience.

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
