Enterprise Apps Support Analyst

Summary

Signode, the Transit Packaging division of Crown Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Enterprise Apps Support Analyst based in the EMEA region. This role involves supporting end users in utilizing enterprise software programs efficiently to meet business objectives.

Essential Functions

• Field incoming incidents and problems from end-users

• Fulfill end-user service requests for enterprise applications

• Record and document problem-solving processes

• Communicate application problems to key stakeholders

• Test fixes and ensure problem resolution

• Maintain and enhance performance of enterprise software

• Identify and learn enterprise software applications

• Coordinate departmental training needs

• Support testing of new software applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics modules

• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
