This role finds the manual, repetitive work inside Booksy’s Customer Success organisation and removes it. Not by writing a recommendation deck and handing it off to someone else, but by building the fix yourself and working alongside our tech and ops teams to ship it.
As a key member of the CS Excellence team, reporting to the CS Global Change Manager, you’ll run a tight feedback loop across our frontline operations. You'll identify where a human is stuck doing work a workflow tool or AI agent could do, and build the automation using Make, Cursor, Gemini, Claude, and Agentforce.
