Customer Service Advisor (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Polish speaking Customer Service Advisor for their office in Lisbon.  

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal 

Work model: Remote

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support through inbound calls and emails

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email

• Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction

• Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files accurately

• Communicate with customers via email or chat to provide product information

• Process customer orders

• Manage account cancellations

• Address and resolve customer complaints

• Identify cross-selling opportunities where relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native-level proficiency in Polish, with excellent written communication skills

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage customer complaints effectively

• Experience in cross-selling is an advantage.
