Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers and organizational leaders to attract and hire top talent. You will leverage your expertise to execute sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across multiple departments

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and define job requirements

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent

• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through structured processes

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process

• Offer coaching and support to hiring teams on interview best practices and selection processes

• Partner with HR and leadership on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

• Track and report key recruiting metrics, using data to continuously improve recruitment efforts

• Ensure an inclusive recruitment process that reflects organizational values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with expertise in corporate or agency environments

• Proven track record of successfully filling complex roles in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent sourcing skills, including use of social media, job boards, and networking

• Strong interview and assessment abilities

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

• Strong organizational and project management skills
