Talent Sourcer

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team and help us find exceptional talent for some of the most challenging roles across FinTech, Payments, Infrastructure and Engineering.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications. We're looking for a true hunter, someone who enjoys solving complex sourcing challenges, mapping niche markets and finding specialists that others simply can't reach.

Your Mission

• Source top talents across FinTech, Payments, and Technology.

• Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and business roles.

• Conduct market mapping and competitor research.

• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other sourcing channels.

• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, automate research and discover new talent pools.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche positions.

• Maintain organised talent pools and candidate pipelines.

• Partner closely with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and continuously improve sourcing approaches.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Technical Sourcer

• Experience sourcing candidates within FinTech, Payments, EMI, or similar industries

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search and X-Ray Search

• Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools as part of your daily workflow

• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent written communication

• Good level of English and fluent Russian
