As our Recruitment Operations Executive, you'll coordinate the day-to-day running of our recruitment function, ensuring every stage of the hiring journey is organised, compliant, and completed efficiently.

Working alongside our HR Manager and Operations team, you'll monitor recruitment activity, manage candidate pipelines, and keep our recruitment systems running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

• Source and engage suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial telephone interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding documentation and processes.

• Keep recruitment databases and CRM records accurate.

• Track recruitment activity and ensure hiring deadlines are met.

• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience within recruitment operations, recruitment coordination or administration.

• Experience working with ATS, CRM or scheduling software.

• Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.

• Confident using telephone and WhatsApp communication.

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office.
