This role combines capability ownership, governance, process excellence, training, Salesforce/CRM expertise, and senior commercial support for strategic proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.<em><br></em></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.</p></li><li><p>Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.</p></li><li><p>Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting proposals within Ophthalmology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Dermatology.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with experience working across global teams.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>We provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
