Part-Time UK Nominee Director Needed

Description

We are looking for a UK resident to act as a Nominee Director for corporate compliance purposes.

This role is entirely remote and requires very little time. The first month may involve around 1-2 hours to help complete initial setup and banking documentation. After that, responsibilities are generally limited to once or twice per year.

Duties

• Sign documents related to bank account applications and company administration.

• Assist with occasional compliance requests.

Pay

£100 - £125 per month.
