Nominee Director (UK Company)

We are looking for a Nominee Director to provide support with corporate compliance matters.

The position is part-time and non-operational, with very little day-to-day involvement. During the first month, around 1–2 hours may be required to complete the initial setup. The role will primarily be a passive, ongoing appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remotely sign relevant documents associated with opening company bank accounts.

Compensation:

£100 - £125 per month for nominee director services.
