UK / Portugal - Remote, with occasional travel to Wrangu offices, client sites and events
Wrangu is an Elite ServiceNow Partner and specialist technology consultancy, helping some of the world's largest organisations tackle complex challenges across data privacy, security, governance, risk and compliance.
We're a growing, international business with teams across Europe and a remote-first culture. Our marketing team is small, which means you'll get involved in a bit of everything, working closely with our Head of Marketing and teams across the business.
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who enjoys variety, is naturally curious and likes seeing their work make a difference.
You'll support the Head of Marketing across the full marketing mix, including:
Delivering integrated campaigns and digital activity.
Creating content for blogs, case studies, email, website, presentations and social media.
Managing social media and supporting SEO and website updates.
Supporting HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM and campaign reporting.
Coordinating events, webinars and partner marketing activity.
Tracking marketing performance and reporting on results.
Supporting Sales and Delivery with marketing materials and customer stories.
Keeping up to date with technology, data privacy, security, GRC and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
We're a remote-first team, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, collaborating virtually and making remote working work for you. You'll also have opportunities to meet colleagues at Wrangu offices, client sites and events across Europe.
We're looking for someone with around 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
Experience supporting and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
Experience managing website content using WordPress or another CMS.
A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience creating content for different audiences and channels.
Good analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
The confidence to work independently while also collaborating with a remote team.
Willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA.
Experience or knowledge of GRC, security or data privacy.
A marketing qualification or relevant professional certification.
We'd also like to see how you think. As part of the application, we'll ask you to take a quick look at our website and tell us one thing you'd improve from a marketing perspective. There's no right answer - we're interested in your ideas, curiosity and approach.
We are Wrangu, a rapidly expanding technology and services business in the data privacy, risk, compliance, and security space. Founded in 2016, our client base is made up predominantly of Global 2000 companies.

The opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing company and develop your career across the full marketing mix.
A supportive culture with training and development opportunities.
A competitive financial package, including benefits such as company pension and healthcare (country dependent), remote working and office equipment allowances.
25 days' holiday, a day off for your birthday, pet leave, a personal day, study leave and flexible annual leave options.
A highly international, entrepreneurial and agile workplace with minimal bureaucracy.
A focus on achievement, productivity, collaboration, wellbeing and work-life balance.
The opportunity to work alongside experts in the industry and develop your knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
