What You'll do:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize VMware virtualization environments.
• Monitor backup operations and perform backup and recovery activities.
• Administer and support enterprise storage platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and continuous platform improvements.
• Support datacenter operations to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to enhance platform stability and efficiency.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support and incident response.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience managing VMware virtualization environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise backup, storage, and datacenter infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Experience with technologies such as Nutanix, Dell VxRail, NetApp, Dell PowerStore/Unity/PowerScale, Avamar, PowerProtect Data Manager, VMware Horizon, or Brocade SAN is considered an advantage.
