Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E Poland

Our team is looking for a new team member at the earliest possible date. Start your career with us as a Technology Field Application Engineer IP&E Poland

What You Will Do:

•  Act as a technical project manager, serving as an interface between customers, partner companies, and the sales team.

• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.

• Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs.

• Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.

• Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers.

• Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.

• Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A professional with 5 years of experience working with electronic products or technologies.

• A completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/professional experience.

• Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation.

• Experience as a technical point of contact.

• Good knowledge of Interconnect,Electromechanicaland Passive products.

• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Language requirements: Polish and English.

• Located in Poland.
