<p>At parcelLab, we help leading retailers turn post-purchase moments into experiences customers remember, and come back for.</p><p>Our platform is used by brands like <strong>John Lewis, AllSaints, Yeti, H&amp;M and IKEA</strong> to power post-checkout communication, drive retention, and build long-term loyalty.</p><p>We’re hiring an <strong>Enterprise Account Executive</strong> to join our EMEA sales team (UK-based, London preferred). This is a <strong>true enterprise role</strong>: complex sales cycles, senior stakeholders, and high-value deals with some of the most sophisticated retailers in the region.<br></p><h2>The role</h2><p>You’ll own a set of strategic enterprise accounts and run end-to-end, value-led sales processes — from early discovery through to close.</p><p>Engage in high-impact multi-threaded opportunities with senior stakeholders across CX, e-commerce, marketing, IT and procurement, partnering closely with SDRs, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success.</p><p>This is a role for someone who likes ownership, cuts through complexity, and is comfortable figuring things out as they go.</p><p></p><h2>What you’ll do</h2><ul><li><p>Build and own a healthy enterprise pipeline across a defined region or account set</p></li><li><p>Lead senior-level, consultative conversations focused on business outcomes</p></li><li><p>Run deep discovery and translate customer challenges into clear value stories</p></li><li><p>Build ROI-driven business cases and commercial proposals</p></li><li><p>Navigate complex buying groups, legal and procurement processes</p></li><li><p>Coordinate internal teams to move deals forward</p></li><li><p>Forecast accurately and communicate clearly with sales leadership</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What we’re looking for</h2><ul><li><p>Strong experience selling B2B SaaS at enterprise level</p></li><li><p>Proven success selling into large retailers or consumer brands</p></li><li><p>Track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals</p></li><li><p>Comfortable owning pipeline generation alongside SDR support</p></li><li><p>Commercially sharp, with experience building value-based business cases</p></li><li><p>Familiar with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC)</p></li><li><p>Clear, confident communicator with senior executive presence</p></li></ul><p><strong>Bonus points if you have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Success selling into <strong>DACH</strong>, <strong>BENELUX and/or the Nordics</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in ecommerce, CX, martech or logistics tech</p></li><li><p>Scale-up experience</p></li><li><p>Additional European languages</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Why parcelLab</h2><p>We move fast and build together—offering real ownership, meaningful challenges, and a front-row seat to shaping our sales motion as we scale.</p><p>Growth here isn’t about titles or tenure — it’s about taking on bigger challenges, learning fast, and making a real impact.
