Responsibility: Edit high-production performance ads for D2C brands

Reports to: Senior Video Editor Location: Remote

Employment: B2B Contract – UK working hours (with flexibility)

Salary: $1,700 – $2,000 USD/month, based on experience and skill level

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Video Editor to join our growing team at The Soar Group. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content tailored for social media ads, promotional content and performance marketing across multiple brands. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, short-form video trends and platform-specific best practices.

What you'll do:

• Edit high-quality videos that align with each brand's style and tone of voice.
• Specialise in social media ads (UGC, motion graphics, high-production content).
• Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms to maximise engagement.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively.
• Stay up to date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; ability to use other video editing tools is a plus.
• A deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads and short-form video best practices.
• Proficiency in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions and colour grading.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Full ownership of both your successes and failures, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable approach, with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Confidence building long-term relationships, and the ability to self-manage and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
