Job Description SummaryĀ
In this position you own the complete process to follow-up customer orders from the point of receipt until it gets delivered to customer locationĀ worldwide.Ā
Job DescriptionĀ
Key Areas of Responsibility:Ā
o Engage with sales/project teams on new opportunities and provide input to proposed project,Ā orderĀ and fulfillment process to meetĀ
customerĀ requirements within policy/budget.Ā
o TakingĀ care of validating and order booking process, create supplier pre-orders if needed.Ā
o Daily tracking all orders assigned to him/her ā including staging requests, shipment follow-up, communication with customers, internalĀ
teams, escalations if needed.Ā
o Closely workĀ with suppliers, orderĀ fulfillmentĀ and shipping team to ensure on time delivery.Ā
o Closely workĀ with shipping (export/import) teams to obtain required licenses.Ā
oĀ Ensure onĀ time reporting, data maintenance in internalĀ system.Ā
Basic Requirements:Ā
o University or College Degree, preferable in Logistics ā or relevant work experienceĀ
o Language skills: excellent English and native Hungarian any other language is advantageĀ
o 1 year + experience in Order Management, Customer SupportĀ
o Strong knowledge of MS OfficeĀ
o Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ
oĀ AnĀ interest in continual improvement and qualityĀ methodologyĀ
o Positive ā can-do - attitude isĀ a mustĀ in this roleĀ
o Strong problem-solvingĀ skillĀ
o Innovative thinkingĀ
o Being team-player but able to work independentlyĀ
o Very well-organizedĀ
o Paying attention to detailsĀ
o AbleĀ to work under pressure to deliver quality resultsĀ
o Proven analysis skillsĀ
Preferred Requirements:Ā
o A second foreign language knowledgeĀ
o OracleĀ system knowledgeĀ
o Six Sigma/Lean knowledgeĀ
