Corporate Nominee Representative

We are seeking a Corporate Nominee Representative to support a company with basic corporate requirements. This is a remote, part-time appointment with minimal involvement. Initial setup is expected to take around 1–2 hours, followed by occasional tasks during the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfil the appointed UK Nominee Director role.

• Remotely sign relevant company and bank account documents.

• Assist with occasional corporate compliance requirements.

Compensation:

£100 - £125 per month.
