AI Senior Product Manager

Description

We're looking for an AI Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven software product initiatives. This hybrid role combines product vision and strategy with project delivery ownership, serving as the bridge between clients, stakeholders and engineering teams.

Location: Remote (EU, LATAM)
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap and the full lifecycle from discovery to launch, with specs structured for both human and AI-agent execution
• Evaluate and apply AI coding/agentic tools hands-on (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate delivery
• Lead Agile ceremonies and act as primary product owner for clients
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources across parallel projects
• Coordinate engineering, QA, UI/UX and DevOps
• Monitor risk and delivery quality; own client communication end-to-end

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, including budgeting, risk management and multi-project ownership
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG and LLM-based development tools - practical, not theoretical
• Familiarity with spec-driven development and its distinction from "vibe-coding"
• Proven track record with distributed/outsourced teams, Agile/Scrum and full SDLC
• Experience with SaaS, B2B or enterprise software products
• Strong communication skills, including with C-level stakeholders; English C1
