What we do

JoyfulByJess helps corporate professionals leave the 9-to-5 and build sustainable, location-independent lives. Founder Jessica Lacher has been a digital nomad for more than six years, working from over 60 countries, and she is a certified psychological and systemic coach and Human Design specialist. Her clients usually arrive at the same point: they have decided to leave their job, but they have no plan for how to earn money remotely, when it is safe to quit, or how to avoid mistakes they cannot undo. The core of her work is the Nomad Transition Program, a 12-week one-on-one mentoring program built around eight live sessions, video modules, workbooks, and WhatsApp support between calls. Together they calculate a realistic financial runway, choose an income path that fits the client's real skills, test a first offer with real people, and set clear quit criteria, so the leap happens with a system instead of a guess. Jessica also runs group trips and coaching retreats for people who want to experience the nomad life alongside others. JoyfulByJess is a referral partner of Euro Remote Talent and introduces remote-ready professionals to roles with US companies.
