What we do

Ari.TheExpat is a career consultancy for expats who want to work abroad, founded by Arianna Grazia. She runs one-on-one consultancy sessions with clients around the world who are trying to relocate and find a job in a new country, covering CV reviews, the job application process, interview preparation, and everything in between. Most of her clients arrive frustrated. They have sent hundreds of CVs with nothing to show for it, or they keep reaching the interview stage and keep being rejected. Arianna helps them understand how to stand out at every step, from the first application through to the conversation with the hiring manager, so the search stops feeling like guesswork. She brings seven years of recruiting in Amsterdam and one year in Australia to the work, along with her own life in four countries. Having rebuilt a life abroad from scratch herself, she knows what relocating actually asks of people, and her mission is to help expats find work abroad so they feel empowered to chase the life they want. Ari.TheExpat is a referral partner of Euro Remote Talent and introduces remote-ready professionals to roles with US companies.
