What we do

The Achievers Career Club is a community for Portuguese-speaking professionals who want a remote job, founded by Margarida Porto. It exists to close a specific gap: formal education in Portugal is heavily technical, but nobody teaches career literacy, the practical skills needed to navigate the job market and actually win the role. The club delivers that through courses built for the remote job market, masterclasses, and group mentoring with live sessions and constant feedback inside a WhatsApp community. Members also get resources they can act on immediately: a job board with remote roles open to Portugal, a database of remote companies, and a CV optimizer. Portuguese-speaking professionals have a reputation for being excellent workers, but they tend to undersell themselves when they apply. The work here is teaching them to position and present their skills with confidence, so international employers see exactly what they are getting. The Achievers Career Club is a referral partner of Euro Remote Talent and introduces remote-ready professionals to roles with US companies.
