About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining software development, solution design, technical guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of software solutions.
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to front-end development using Angular.
- Design and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate closely with Agile Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define technical approaches, implementation strategies, and best development practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.
- Support API development, system integrations, and microservices architecture.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release readiness.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical estimations, and Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation when required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality, performance, and scalability.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience developing applications with Angular.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with software architecture and technical design.
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring development teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with automated testing.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Full Stack Developer with technical leadership responsibilities.
