Infatica.io is a global provider of proxy and DaaS solutions. We're building our own high-load web scraping platform: an API where you can submit any URL and receive clean HTML or structured JSON output, without worrying about proxies, CAPTCHAs, or anti-bot systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's SaaS/DaaS products, including product strategy, roadmap, service quality, and customer value.

• Define and maintain product requirements, service-level objectives (SLA), and quality standards to ensure reliable and consistent product performance.

• Establish frameworks for measuring product quality, identifying issues, evaluating improvements, and supporting safe product releases.

• Balance product performance, operational efficiency, and cost while optimizing the customer experience.

• Validate new product ideas and concepts through rapid prototyping and experimentation before full-scale development.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact product initiatives from discovery to launch.

• Ensure product decisions align with security, privacy, and compliance requirements, including industry standards and regulatory expectations.

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact, making data-driven decisions about feature investments and product direction.

• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and operational metrics, and continuously improve the product experience.

• Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, platform, data, or infrastructure products.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered or data-driven product features from concept to production, including defining requirements, measuring success, and monitoring product performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience designing product success metrics, evaluating feature quality, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements, functional specifications, and service expectations for technical products and APIs.
  • Solid technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, discuss system performance, scalability, and product trade-offs.
  • Understanding of operational efficiency and cost optimization in cloud-based or AI-enabled products.
  • Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance best practices, including standards such as GDPR and SOC 2.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills in cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have

  • Technical or engineering background with the ability to participate in technical discussions and design reviews.
  • Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful delivery of AI-powered, data-intensive, or platform products.
  • Experience working with products that rely on data-driven models and continuous performance optimization.

Benefits

  • Participate in developing the company's key product from scratch
  • High autonomy and influence on architecture and team decisions
  • Budget for conferences, courses, and work tools
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Remote work flexibility
