Principal Benefits Partner

Precision Medicine Group are hiring a Principal Benefits Partner based remotely in Hungary, Poland or Turkey to join our team.

The Principal Benefits Partner will be responsible for the execution and administration of PMG’s international benefit plans and programs. Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s benefits programs for region. Supports benefit plan benchmarking. Partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness. Responsible for all international benefit plan management and administration, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management.

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in a related major and at least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation.
• Experience working across different countries and general understanding of process, payroll and labor law differences. 
• Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs that are aimed at leadership and employees.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, private medical insurance, MultiSport Card, life insurance, pension, home working allowance, vacation, among other benefits.
