CRM Gamification Manager

• Develop and maintain user loyalty programs;

• Generate ideas and launch gamification mechanics, including lootbox maps, minigames, and scratch cards with online and offline rewards;

• Manage CRM bonus campaigns and user communications;

• Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously improve results;

• Analyze user behavior and key product metrics to identify insights and opportunities;

• Segment audiences and build engagement flows across the user journey;

• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Design, Content, Sponsorship, and Brand teams.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM, Retention, or Gamification Manager within the online gambling industry;

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico or similar is a must);

• Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty in B2C products;

• Experience with user segmentation and basic HTML knowledge;

• Experience working with analytics tools and bonus mechanics (free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses);

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams;

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (Spanish is a plus).
