ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Operations Analyst will support the growth and scalability of Marketplace operations globally. The ideal candidate will drive supplier expansion, analyze operational performance, and deliver data driven insights to support strategic business decisions. This is a remote position based in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own execution of supplier onboarding and expansion acrossmultipleregions(North America, EU, Asia).
  • Own execution of system workflows and operational processes (Jaggaer or similar tools)
  • Prepare, clean, and manage datasets across procurement, finance, and operations
  • Drive reporting and dashboard generation (Excel / Power BI)
  • Support ROI model development and analytics initiatives
  • Identifyinefficiencies and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Support automation of workflows and continuous improvement efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experiencein operations, analytics, or systems
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SQL or Python (preferred)
  • Experience with ERP/SaaS tools
  • Structured problem solving
  • Process improvement experience (Lean/automation)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Stakeholder coordination experience
  • Machine learning/data modeling support
  • Machine learning exposure
